• Both games are on one card. I don't recall loading any updates.

• Yes, both games are included on the single cartridge. I think I still had to download a patch for both games.

• Yes, both games are on the same cart. I think one had a minor 30 megabyte patch, but both were already past the launch version already on the cart.
