Unlike Best Buy's perfect mark Demunslayer, I agree this preorder setup has failed too many times. He suggests patience, but patience doesn't fix a broken system. The majority of potential customers did in fact try numerous times for the majority of the afternoon on release day (which Best Buy couldn't even get the right time) as well as the days after. Rather than accept and celebrate laziness and incompetence, let Best Buy know they are losing your $
