had the same issue but when the payment option came up i changed to using apple pay and it somehow forced the order through... got a confirmation and delivery date
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think all disclaimers about pre-orders should be somewhere in the screen description of the product. And I know that sometimes things happen where it’s available, and then when you put your address in it says not deliverable for some odd reason and then you go back and try to purchase the item again and send it to know the address and it says item unavailable because it’s probably sold out and you were the unlucky soul not to get years ordered by that time. Life just happens. Life isn’t fair but you have to take life on life‘s terms. What I would do if that happened to me which it hasn’t but I would call Best Buy and ask them what to do. I thought interactions with Best Buy before when the question that I had came up and you’ve always answered them.
