The hilt is a combination of aluminum (most of the hilt) and a little plastic. The Kyber crystal is "plastic" as is the blade. The stand for the hilt is mostly metal with a small plastic & rubber piece that supports the bottom of the hilt.

The hilt is metal, the Kyber crystal is plastic, and it’s relatively heavier than anticipated.

The handle/grip is all metal, the blade is not.
