• Sorry I do not have that information. But it is not too acidic, taste is at par with any bold coffee with fantastic aroma.

• Whoa, this is a chemistry question. If you are worried about pH levels, you may want to try herbal tea instead of coffee. You can find some really good ones that are much easier on the stomach.
