“Hi, since early access for Starfield unlocks at 8 PM. on August 31st, 2023, Will we receive an email with the respective codes on or before the 31st? Can codes be sent out on midnight on 09/01 if we don't get the access codes earlier than that? Thanks”

From the premium digital edition questions: "I asked a Best Buy customer support agent and they said that the code will be emailed 72 hours before the pre-order street date (Sept. 1) to assist in downloading before its released." but it is now <72 hours before the release date and I have not yet received my premium digital upgrade code.

I asked this question to 3 different sales reps at the store and nobody could give me a straight answer. I'm hoping they send it tomorrow before the unlock time. It's 8/30 and I still don't have a code, less than 24 hours till Premium early access starts.

I spoke with a support rep on chat and he said I would get it today. That was an hour ago. I haven't received anything yet. The game drops in 6 mins.
