The Starlink is seen as any other router would be. It will have whatever name and password you give it. It's just like the internet connection in a coffee shop. People will see it as an available wifi network on their phone or laptop. If they have the password, they can log on. They do not need a starlink app. The app is for setting up the Starlink and for the subscription.
