Yes you can buy here like at Best Buy, Home Depot etc and yes you can pay for a per month by what I understand!

Thanks, sp can you confirm there Is s montly subscription? that It, After 2 months I return the kit and i don't owe anything else? In Italy we don't Need It and above all we can't use It. Thanks so much.
