You can change the location in your account, but Starlink says there is a limit for the number of times. Starlink has recently announced a mobile-service add-on to a standard [fixed] plan; it uses a smaller antenna/transponder, and can be used anywhere in the U.S.--even on your RV, for example. This means two devices for two different uses on the same account. It does not permit you new ability to move your fixed-location device.
