This device has a GPS; Starlink knows exactly where you are using your device. If it's on a standard fixed-location plan, it can only be used in the location specified on your account; it will not work anywhere else. I doubt your means of payment is relevant here; ask the Starlink customer service folks what plan you need.

We would also recommend contacting your credit card company to confirm how they will handle on their end. We recommend checking availability at the Caribbean address before purchase. You can check your locations availability at any time by going to Starlink.com/map and entering in the desired address.
