QuestionInstalled cable on HP Envy laptop. Works (sort of) but screen blacks out periodically on monitor (HDMI connection through docking block). Installed latest BIOS update, helped a little. What can I do to avoid black outs on monitor? Thank You

QuestionClaims to be a thunderbolt 3 cable but only does 20 Gbps. Thunderbolt 3 is suppose to be rated at 40 Gbps. What gives?
