The price was the same or very close to what the manufacturer was offering on it's website with the $227 headrest upgrade, so I assumed it cam with the headrest as mentioned in the description as well, but mine just arrived today without a headrest, and customer service has not been helpful, so I would say, if you need a headrest, buy direct from manufacturer.
