• You can do both. Not sure why you would want to though wireless mouse have advanced to be exactly the same performance of wired

• It has all three options. There is a switch on the bottom that allows for dongle or Bluetooth and can also be wired. Dongle and wired works fine but I haven't tried Bluetooth.
