There are 6 programmable keys M1-M6

For the APEX 5 Hybrid mechanical gaming keyboard the switches is guaranteed for 20 million keypresses. This information is located on the manufacturer's product site.

Every button seems to be programmable.

All of the keys can be rebound to macros, but the 6 keys above the arrow keys are the "dedicated" macro keys.

There are at least 6 dedicated programmable keys. However, the entire keyboard can be reconfigured through the Steelseries software.
