“Just purchased these, indicator says it’s at full battery but when I press the power button I don’t hear a tone nor does the headset turn on. Am I missing a step? It’s for Xbox and the transmitter is plugged in and toggled to the Xbox option.”

• Turned on mine by holding the power button.

• If you have the transmitter plugged into the USB port on the front of the Xbox it doesn't work, you have to use the USB port on the back of the Xbox. Hopefully this helps

• I held down the power button for 3 seconds until the green light stayed on. You should charge it for 45 mins before trying again.
