“I can't set up my arctic 5 properly for Xbox one. I don't know if it's charging, the mix works but the ear phones don't so I can't hear the game I'm playing. Help please”

you have to turn off the remote and turn it back on after plugging them in for the xbox to recognize them. Then in settings you can adjust the headset volume and voice chat volume. Make sure the headset is not on mute on the side when talking. Hope that helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Are you using the usb or 1/4 jack? This device isn’t wireless, so you can’t charge it. Also the less on the sides only work when plugged into the usb. If using usb check the settings inside the device. If this doesn’t help you tube it.
