“Could I use the USB receiver to plug into my pc for voice chat and use a cable to get wired audio on my switch and be able to use both simultaneously? Or could I connect the 3.5mm cable from my switch into the receiver with the USB in the computer?”

Plug the USB into the computer, and then plug a 3.5mm from the switch to the Line In on the receiver. That's how I have mine setup right now and it works great.
