• I would say the range is about 50 ft without obstructions (walls, windows, etc) or about 25 ft indoors where there are walls or other rooms blocking the transmitter and then the signal starts becoming weaker

• The range is honestly pretty good, I would say around 100 ft is optimal, anything beyond it will get a bit glitchy. So, you should be able to go downstairs and stay connected.

• Absolutely you can. This particular version of the headset has options for "Speed" or "Range" which you can change as you wish. I keep mine on speed and am all over the house talking still. Great headset.

• Hello there! The maximum range 100 ft in a straight line. While you may be able to go downstairs, walls may interfere with connection.
