• It's the same product just labeled one for PC and the other for Sony consoles. For keyword search purposes when someone is looking into ps5 or ps4 gaming headsets and vice versa for PC users.

• One works for certain systems and the other is compatible with a wider variety of systems. There’s really no difference other than that.

• The pc/ ps variants are the same thing. Just a different box. The xbox one is different though.
