this system has multiple inputs including SPDIF/Toslink (digital optical audio), USB and 3.5mm AUX. Once you've chosen your interface cable, simply select it from your sound settings. While you can get audio from any of these cables, Steelseries GG software will only recognize the system if you are using USB.

Please try again later.i can tell you one thing - the surround speakers are tethered together by a wire: you plug one speaker into a wall, and the other speaker shares a wire that connects to that same speaker that is connected to the wall. it makes placement more difficult.
