If you can find and download the proper drivers for it to run then it might, but Xbox controllers are built to be compatible with Windows platforms so it may not be as responsive. If you were using a PC it would automatically download and install everything you need just by plugging it in. However, on a Mac you'll probably need to do some trickery with system settings to get it going well.
