Yes, it does. It's not flawless, but yes, it works for many games and applications. I use this controller to play with XBOX APP on my tablet and get to enjoy all my streaming apps. Also, this works very well with apps like "Steam Link" and any application that uses this tech. I'd say a very well YES.
