• You can play the PS4 version on the PS5, but not the other way around.

• All PS5 games to my knowledge are not and can not be backwards compatible as they only contain the PS5 version. Most they Could do is include a download code inside for the PS4 version if they decide to, but I haven't heard if this is the case.
