• Roku needs a power source in order to run. You can try to plug it into a USB port on your TV if there is one and see if it will works.

• Barb, you can plug the Streaming Stick+ into the HDMI port on the TV. If you don't want to use an outlet you can use the USB connected to the device and plug that into a USB port on the back of your TV for power.
