• The Spectrum TV app for Roku states: "Spectrum TV is available on Roku Ultra, Roku Premiere, Roku Premiere+, Roku Express, Roku Express+, Roku TVs, Roku 4, Roku 3, Roku 2 and Roku Streaming Stick devices." It works very well with the Streaming Stick+

• Search for Roku on Wikipedia. You can see which models are from which generation. All the current models are considered eighth generation. I don't have Spectrum, but my friend does and he runs the Spectrum TV app on his seventh-generation Roku.
