“My current Roku stick volume does not work. When I buy new one will it automatically work or do I need to set it up. We have spectrum in house and roku is in one bedroom?”

Your Roku stick will only work on the T.V. that it is installed on. And, yes, with new stick, you will have to pair it with the Roku you have plugged into T.V.. Also, if you have sound bar, sometimes that will argue with the stick.
