• You could use an antenna to get local channels on your TV, but that method has nothing to do with Roku. There are some over-the-top services which offer different combinations of local channels that you could access on a Roku, for example DirectTV, Sling TV, and YouTube TV.

• Yes, unless your local channels have a live streaming app on Roku. Some do, most channels do not.

• Yes an over the air antenna would be needed There is a xfinity app for Roku that your can get tv without hardware renting if a Comcast customer

• As far as I know, Roku is just a streaming device. You don’t get local channels. You can access local channels (NBC, ABC, FOX) on demand programming. You should be able to buy an antenna that would work separately to the Roku

• I think you might get some local channels with Roku, but I would recommend an antenna since viewing would be free while streaming with Roku, even with local channels, will be using internet time.
