• Was this gold package to provide you updates or to allow you more than 3 Roku devices? If so, you were probably scammed. You don’t need any of that. Updates and registering devices are free.

• Do you remember who you talked to what number you called? Most likely you were scammed, I would suggest disputing the charges with your bank. Roku doesn't charge for activation ever.
