You are able to email the support team currently, but they are not taking calls at this time. You can find the site at support.roku.com/contactus. Simply choose an option from the dropdown menu, and explain your issue/request.

No support needed.. insert hdmi plug into back of tv, power crd to the wall, power on tv & ta-dah it will walk yu through the steps. Total installation time 15max. Yes, installation is free
