Does this plug into the hdmi or usb port on tv's? null

You can plug the Roku Streaming Stick+ directly into your TV's HDMI port and connect the power transformer from the Roku to your electrical outlet. If you have an adequately powered USB port on your TV, you can plug the Streaming Stick+ into that and not have to use the power transformer that plugs into an electrical outlet.

It plugs into both HDMI and USB. HDMI for picture and USB to power the device.

It plugs into the HDMI port and you can supply power with a USB port.
