• You adjust on the legs. Once you set it at a certain height, it is good to go. But it is not meant for frequent adjusting like some of those auto adjustable computer tables, due to its manual adjusting nature.

• It is easy to adjust height with 2 people. Determine required height. Remove all items from the desk. Loosen knobs on the legs, adjust to required height. Tighten knobs and replace items on desk.

• The legs have several holes in them so you can align the holes to the desired height.. You use a knob with a threaded post to screw into the holes to keep the keep it at the desired height.
