• AGAIN DOES THIS COME WITH THE ROUND BLACK DISC THAT ATTACHES TO WINDSHIELD I CAN SEE THAT THERE IS A SUCTION CUP MOUNT ON THEPART THAT HOLDS THE GARMIN.
