If your preordered Online i Assume they will have it delivered to Your address a week Before release Now also if the release Date for Deluxe is slated for 1/30/24 then legally they cannot withhold Your copy from you they have to abide by The street Date law if they Don't then you can take them to court for false advertising Simple as that
