• A:Answer Don't quote me 100% on this, but I think that I remember a short-ish download period, but it's been awhile. I think that it's one of those Nintendo deals where you don't technically own the games, you're just "borrowing" them, for lack of a better term, so just make sure you don't try to mod or hack it or they can make it unplayable.
