QuestionDoes the camera have to be on for the external flash to be on? Just took my flash out of the box and inserted 4 AA batteries in and pressed the on button and nothing will come on. I put my batteries in another device and it turned on so it's not batteries

- Answer Sorry, he asked the wrong question. That was Does the flash need to be turned on the to Flash? If that question was already yes. Then you go to the next question. But the escrow will be seeing these in the reverse order, so he may never see that one.
