“My light keeps turning off after about 10 minutes... anyone else having this problem? I turn it back on (although now my video has a problem!) and it lights right back up - for another 5 minutes or so. Is it a setting I don’t know about?”

• I have the same problem with my sunpak 12inches ring light.. i dont know whats wrong with it

• My 19” sunpak ring light does the same thing. Wasted $100 Just purchased 2 1/2 months ago.

• It may be your power brick that connects to the wall outlet. I had a similar problem and changed to a different power brick. Now I'm trying to find one that will work over time with Sunpak Ring Light.

• I have only used my light 2 times before it failed. I believe they have a wiring issue. I had another power brick and it only turned on for about 10 seconds and my power brick is dead.
