“Does it come with a mounting bracket for the bottom of the camera?”

• Yes. Comes with a quick release mount for camera. It screws on to bottom of camera and snaps on to tripod through quick release handle. So that you don't have to screw and unscrew camera from tripod every time you need to go hands free or store camera in bag. Fairly simple and convenient to use.
