If not, will not connect directly to a tripod Do you have a case on your GoPro and does the case have the typical GoPro knuckle connector on the bottom? Then you need an inexpensive piece called a tripod adapter mount. The adapter has a threaded hole on the bottom and a GoPro knuckle connector on the top. The threaded hole screws onto the tripod and the knuckle attaches to the GoPro case.
