Does this work with a Canon Eos SL1? null

No, this one is too skinny and lightweight for any good cameras or video equipment. I would only use this one for a phone, light source, or boom mic. And also smaller point and shoot cameras.

I would imagine. I think all Dslr cameras come with screw hole on bottom for attaching to tripod. It also comes with adaptor for smart phones.
