It’s like a modern version of super Mario world. New levels and 3d views for movement. Lots of throw back references which make it fun when you’re trying to remember which old school game had the connections.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it is a remake. Acutally, moreover it's a 'port', meaning it is ported from an older system (Wii U) to be resold on a newer one. In remakes you usually have some work done to very old games to make them look more modern, and thus younger people can enjoy them today (or just ppl that didn't play them at the time and now they just look really old for them to try). In this case they just brought it to the Switch so people who didn't buy the older console but now have a switch can also enjoy it. In any case THEY DID ADD SOME NEW CONTENT as a bonus called Bowser's Fury. It is sort of a very short 3D game adventure (the original game is not quite 3D format). You can look up some trailers or vids of gameplay for the Bowser's Fury content to see how it looks.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's a port of the Wii U game Super Mario 3D World. It includes a new game called Bowsers Fury which is a new, open world style Mario game that lasts around 3 hours. Super Mario 3D World is one of the best multiplayer Mario games. Definitely worth it!
