Best Buy stopped the whole midnight run of picking items up several months back. Sorry you went through that. I asked before returning that evening. I’m not a employee just a mom of gamers.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had this same problem. Then the company said they delivered it and it's no where to be seen. I would recommend calling 1-888-BEST BUY. They said a "delayed email went out" but I have never seen one service. Best buy usually makes things right! Kindly, Joshua
