It should have been on the receipt. If they didn’t print it on the receipt, then you got jipped.

Apparently this is an ongoing issue that has not been resolved appropriately. If the extension fails, wait on the main lin, then tell them you need to be transferred to the digital dowbload department to get a new code.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it was a waste. I contacted customer support 3 times to get my code, and eventually just returned it. I also got the Shovel Knight version, and that code arrived right away.
