The code is supposed to be emailed to you I was also never emailed my code even after contacting customer service multiple times
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had the same issue. You have to call customer service to get in contact with the digital download team. They should be able to get you a code within 48 hours.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Call the main bby support line then dial the extension 409 to reach the digital download department. Apparently this is an ongoing issue that has not been resolved appropriately. If the extension fails, wait on the main lin, then tell them you need to be transferred to the digital dowbload department to get a new code.

I contacted Best Buy support for this 3 times, and they never did anything, so I returned it. This item is a scam, do not purchase it, you will not get your code.
