• No, Nintendo hasn't say anything about it. Right now they are just selling the black GameCube controller.

• At the moment there's only the black version, but Nintendo may release another color in the future. Knowing that Nintendo loves to release a variety of colors from the past for GameCube controllers. I don't think this will be the only color for smash ultimate GameCube controller.
