• I called Best Buy Customer Service to ask about the $10 certificate. After they spoke with a supervisor, they ended up issuing me a $10 Gift Card that will be mailed to me.

• You dont get it right away. It took mine to show up a few weeks later. All purchases that earn points actually get their pending status released a few weeks after purchase.

• If you ordered it online and it says shipped, you get the certificate. Otherwise call or get in touch with customer support like the previous answer said.
