That’s not true. My coin had my name and order number on top of it. You should go back and ask for it or all customer support

I ordered it online a day after it came out and they didn't have the coin but about maybe a week or so later they sent me a email saying the rest of my order was ready for pickup

A certain number of coins were given to specific retail locations that had this game for purchase. Unfortunately, this is controlled by Nintendo.

I would hold on to your receipt showing you pre-ordered it and call best buy. Most places get more than they need and should only be handing them out for pre orders.

Know they are wrong when you pre-ordered the game the coin was part of your pre-order go back and speak to a manager and if they ran out you may have to call corporate and have them send you one
