Yes, you can use two different sets of SVS SoundPath Wireless Audio Adapters in the same room/system. The 1st set needs to be paired, and then you can pair the 2nd set. And yes - the SoundPath Wireless Audio Adapter will support a stereo/2-channel signal for the surround channels. Note, if the surround speakers are passive, you will need a separate amplifier to power them. You would connect the SoundPath wireless Receiver to the line level inputs on this amplifier. Ed M - SVS
