“I just brought this bike and notice the air value is on the screw on the back tire. It won't allow me to put air in the tire. Is this a problem with just this bike or a general problem with all of this model type?”

Let the air out of the tire . Then move the valve in a position so that you have access to the valve, you may need to move the tire a bit as well. hope this works for you . I'm sure it will.

Here are some tips to make filling the tire easier: Remove all the air from the tire and adjust the valve as needed, then proceed to fill the tire as usual. Purchasing an extender at your local hardware or bike shop and using needle-nosed pliers to hold the valve in place!
