- Answer It's not so much about the height of a man (or woman), but more about the maximum load, which is 264 pounds (120 kg). That said, I am 6'3" and it's a comfortable ride, although I will most likely replace the saddle to one that is a bit wider and softer. Hope this helps.

- Answer It comes assembled the only thing you have to do is put the pegs on the front axle and tighten them up
