• If your calling the seat the saddle it's about 28 inches and no it's not adjustable.

• Approximately 28 inches from the ground to the top of the saddle. The height is not adjustable. I'm attaching photos of both the measurement and the underside of the saddle. Be sure to tighten the saddle down really well when you receive it and occasionally thereafter. As a side note, even though you didn't ask, be sure to pressurize the tires to the specifications on the side of each tire. The front is different than the back, and the tires on our white model were completely different than on our black. Hope this helps!
